Oregon Voter Rights Coalition Endorses Sen. Vicki Walker for Secretary of State

After careful study, the Oregon Voter Rights Coalition is pleased to endorse Senator Vicki Walker for Secretary of State. Vicki Walker has shown a genuine belief in the importance of election integrity for democracy and has demonstrated a superior, objective understanding of Oregon's election system. She is the one candidate to openly acknowledge that our election system, though very good, is tarnished by secret electronic counting processes and that the machine-tallied results are not verified. She is also the one candidate who promises to address these problems when in office. Her proven track record in the State Legislature of doing what's right rather than what's politically expedient will be invaluable to the voters of Oregon when she's Secretary of State.
